Just a few short years ago, I was 90 pounds heavier and definitely not in my prime. I felt out of control with my eating and weight gain. I was exhausted, drained, depleted, and had little left in the tank at the end of the workday. I was performing at high levels as an educator and consultant, but I wasn’t showing up for my friends, family or physical health in a way that they and I deserved. I also knew professional burnout was around the corner because I wasn’t handling stress in a healthy or sustainable way.
As an ambitious and high performing human, I absolutely hated that I couldn’t get my weight under control. I yo-yo dieted, try new eating fads as they came up, and kept like 10 clothing sizes in my closet because I was chronically trying to lose the weight…ending up putting more back on. I worked with Fitness coaches, but felt like they never could understand my struggles. They worked in the gym, never were obese and didn’t understand time constraints and emotional demands of juggling stressful jobs with weight-loss.
Frustrated, I got educated, got certified, and blended nutrition, fitness, and mindset into a program that works. No extreme diets or complicated workouts just real solutions for real life. I lost 90lbs while teaching full time, doing graduate studies, building a business, and strengthening my relationships. And now? I’ve kept off the weight, continue to get healthier each day, and help other busy professionals replace temporary weightloss and for lasting results.

Chad Alexander is a teacher and online fat-loss strategist who is passionate about mindset, fitness, and helping people live their best lives while reaching their fullest protentional. He has a B.Sc., B.Ed., and M.Ed. He is also certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a nutrition coach, and is a Transformational Psychology Coach, training at the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention.
