About Chad Alexander


Welcome! I am Chad Alexander and I help driven professionals 35 years and older escape temporary weight loss solutions to rediscover their peak in the most sustainable way.

Just a few short years ago, I was 90 lbs heavier than I am now – definitely was not in my prime. I felt out of control with not only eating, but with my results. I was exhausted, drained, and depleted and had little left in the tank at the end of the work day.

I thought I was performing at high levels at work, but I wasn’t showing up for my friends or family in the way they deserved and ultimately knew my leadership potential was bottlenecked, because to lead others, you must first know how to lead yourself. And leading yourself starts with the basics, including your nutrition, exercise, and mindset.

When I started my journey in my mid-30s, I hired online fitness coaches who had never struggled with obesity and they had always been jacked!

They also had worked in the gym and didn’t understand the time constraints and emotional demands of those of us juggling stressful jobs.

I so badly wanted to find a coach who had struggled like me – I felt like I needed to know I wasn’t doomed to stay stuck overweight due to:

  • a mysterious curse, that made the scale go up 8-12 lbs every time I over-ate
  • The time-constraints of a regular, stressful job that wasn’t in a gym
  • A terrible metabolism
  • a genetic or hormonal pre-disposition to stay stuck overweight

    I put on 80 lbs of fat in less than 12 months. I couldn’t find a coach who had struggled like me – so I decided to become my own nutrition coach, personal trainer, and mindset interventionist.

    After getting certified in all 3 areas, I created the best dang program I’ve experienced and became my own first client of the  Fit-Forever, Fat-loss System

I’m 37 now and I’ve lost 90 lbs of fat while gaining strength without any dangerous surgeries or steroids.

It took 12 months to lose the last 50 lbs. During this time, I’ve integrated my signature strength-training routine that is done through super brief, energizing, yet intense ‘body breaks’ during my day as a full-time high school teacher with online fat-loss clients on the side…

…and I’ve enjoyed plenty of ice cream or some sort of dessert every night!
While some people say it’s unhealthy to enjoy treats every day – 80% of my food comes from lean protein sources and vegetables. I’ve found that daily treats along with my mindset tools (including “Weaponize the Pen” and “Walking Across Calls) has helped me regain control over food and alcohol. …Having a coach yell “you just gotta try harder” …”want it more” …or “be more disciplined” with the overly restrictive diets just wasn’t helping…nor were the overly complex and dangerous weightlifting antics
